We’ve historically said we can get most of your short updates done within two days, but now we’re actually measuring it. Good news is that we are in fact, hitting that metric. We say two business days, not including weekends and holidays, but our numbers actually indicate that we are at 1.91 for the average short update, including weekends and holidays.
We are one of the fastest responding web companies out there. That’s one of the things Atomic8Ball does differently than a lot of other providers. We’re not one guy. We are an entire team of people. Which is why we just hired two new people to help bring an extra level of support and new expertise into our fold of offerings and our product line of offerings that we’re putting out there.
