Karma....

Over the years we've had customers come and go. Some left due to economic reason (ie. they are no longer in business) and some have left because they thought they found a better/different company to fulfill their needs. We really pride ourselves on handling the exiting of a customer with grace. We do what we can to make that a smooth transition. Interestingly, we do that because, well, I like to sleep to at night. I am a firm believer in doing the right thing even when it is some times uncomfortable.

Now here is where karma rears her lovely head...as a result of me liking to sleep at night and always trying to do the right thing, most of those customers have come back when that better/different company didn't quite pan out. And as gracefully as we let them leave so may they return. Running a business can be tough but doing the right (and graceful) thing will pay off in the long run.
